The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it had a nice historic charm that added to the experience. It wasnice and neat, though some updates would help. The bathroom was fine, just basic but served its purpose. There was a tiny window, so not much of a view, but I wasn't in Florence to stare out at the walls. It met my needs just fine.

location is very good, close to the railway station and city center. Cleaned up every day, breakfast is modest.
It's not a big hotel. Very simple and small rooms .

The hotel is centrally located. I appreciated that it was a historic hotel, as it added to my experience of being in such a rich cultural city. The staff were helpful, assisting me with my business needs . Breakfast was good, with freshly baked croissants, cheeses, prosciutto, and good coffee with a great start to my day.
The room was smaller than expected and could use some updates.

Just the locations
Breakfast is horrible! Choices of food sucks and the internet is bad.... Staff is absolutely rude & rot to the worse manner ever! I won't recommend anyone to stay at all.

The staff was very kind and personal, they were always available and helpful. The location was great! In the center of Florence, really close to everything, and especially to the train! The room wasn't huge and the hotel itself isn't modern, but it felt homy, cosy and always clean!
The breakfast is pretty minimal, it doesn't include eggs and vegetables. It includes some cereals, buns, cheeses, deli'S... Also, the room window was right above a bar that was opened till late. It didn't bother us because the noise wasn't that bad, and it actually made us feel better that we are in the middle of the city.

Excellent location in the historic center, friendly staff. The rooms are rather small and crowded like all hotels situated in the historic part of any city. It's perfect if you just want to have a place to sleep and take a shower.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Florence. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always eager to help. The breakfast was a highlight, with freshly baked pastries, cheeses, and delicious coffee to start our days off right. Plus, our quadruple room was spacious and comfortable for our family.

Couple really enjoyed this place
The people at the hotel were actually really nice, always helping me find my way around like I was some kind of VIP. The location was a huge plus, everything was close by. I just had to walk a couple blocks and there's the Duomo, can't get better than that.
It was pricey, but honestly, for the comfort, it was acceptable.

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. You can not beat this location for the price. It is perfectly located for easy access to all the historic sites and museums. Did you want to shop? This is the place. I was traveling by myself and felt the staff went out of their way to see to my comfort. As a solo traveler, I would definitely stay here again. My room was clean, there were fresh towels each day and I returned each evening to a fresh made bed & a tidy room. The Wi-Fi is a bit difficult to log on and the hotel sitting area is the only place it will work. If you are having problems with the wi-fi, stroll down the street to the 2 or 3 internet cafes. Otherwise, just connect with the city and enjoy.
Because this hotel is in the city, the rooms facing the street are a bit noisy. The Dublin Bar is directly across from the hotel and is a fun place, but not if you are trying to sleep. I spent my first night in the front and the last 10 in a room to the rear of the hotel. It was perfect for the price.
